At GulFloraWedding, each floral piece is handmade with love and designed uniquely for your special day. Due to the custom and delicate nature of our items, we kindly ask you to review our return policy below:

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Please understand that each bouquet and floral item is crafted specifically for you and cannot be resold.

📸 Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, we’re here to help!
To request a replacement or refund:

  1. Contact us within 24hours of delivery with your claim number to shipper.

  2. Send clear photos of the item and packaging.

  3. Keep the original packaging for reference or inspection if needed.

We’ll evaluate the issue and offer a replacement or partial/full refund depending on the situation.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Items damaged after delivery due to improper storage or handling

  • Orders not claimed on time (e.g., incorrect delivery information or lack of pickup)

💬 Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Please DM asap.

  • After production begins, we cannot accept cancellations due to the handcrafted nature of our work.
